Clearly, the more time available for alternative design solutions for FF&E etc will allow the client to fine tune the design and realise large savings in his construction budget whilst purchasing goods of the highest quality.

This will allow sufficient time for preparation of mockup rooms etc for major developments and permit the client to see the actual materials
and designs before sign off by the client.
